- What are your personal character strengths?
- What strengths would you like to grow?
- Explore your aspirations
- and how to be an everyday superhero!

Ness Lee is a qualified counsellor, hypnotherapy practitioner and mindfulness coach.
She brings mindfulness practice into her daily family life and believes it to be invaluable for every child.
Ness works with teens and adults within educational settings and on a one-to-one basis.
The Pavilion bar offers coffee, tea, and sweet treats. Lunch service at Macready’s begins at midday, and booking is advisable.
