Join us for a yoga class designed for participants of mixed abilities. Each class will feature a variety of both standing and seated postures, with different sequences each week to emphasise the benefits of yoga for various areas of the body, as well as for the mind and breath. The goal is for participants to leave feeling strengthened, balanced, challenged, and restored.
Please note that participants should be able to get up and down from the floor to fully engage in the class.
Situated in the tranquil surroundings of The Sherborne, within the bright and airy space of the Art Room.
Suitable for adults aged 16 and older, including those over 50.
Spaces are limited. Please bring your own mat.
